Main Responsibilities



Identify, research, and qualify inbound and outbound leads across energy suppliers, technology partners, and strategic accounts. Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to understand needs and position Chameleon's value propositions. Book high-quality meetings for the commercial and product teams with decision-makers and influencers. Maintain a steady cadence of outreach and follow-up to nurture leads through the funnel.

CRM & Reporting



Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, activities, and outcomes. Report weekly performance metrics including outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution Work closely with the

Marketing Team

to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies. Partner with

Go-To-Market and Product Teams

to refine targeting, feedback loops, and commercial positioning. Contribute directly to revenue growth by expanding the top of the funnel and supporting strategic sales initiatives. Provide insights from prospect conversations to inform product-market fit and commercial strategy.

No previous sales experience is required, we provide the training!
