Our marketing machine generates a flood of hand-raised, qualified leads every single month. But leads don't turn into revenue by themselves. That's where you come in.



As our

SDR

, you'll be the very first voice prospects hear. Your mission? Spark conversations, overcome objections, and book solid appointments that keep our closers' calendars jam-packed.

This is an

evening

shift role

. You'll be speaking with primarily US based clinic owners in their daytime, so if you're someone who loves the buzz of working late, this is your sweet spot.



What You'll Do



Dial, Text & DM:

Make 150+ touches a day to connect, qualify, and set meetings (most happening during late hours).

Lock In Appointments:

Book discovery calls that are solid, show up, and convert.

Own the Follow-Up:

Run sequences, chase replies, and never let an opportunity go cold.

Ask Smart Questions:

Keep prospects talking for 10+ minutes, uncover pain points, and create urgency.

Handle Objections:

Disarm concerns, highlight value, and secure the meeting.

Feed the Pipeline:

Smash weekly appointment targets that fuel the sales floor.

Must-Haves

1-3 years in high-volume inside sales, phone sales, or SDR/BDR roles Comfortable making 70+ touches/day across calls, texts, and DMs Quick on your feet with objections; laser-focused on setting qualifiedappointments CRM fluent (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Track record of smashing appointment-setting KPIs Willingness and availability to work
