The Role: B2B Sales Executive



This is a fast-paced, high-volume outbound sales role where you'll be engaging with existing business customers to renew contracts and retain their suite of services. Success in this role means consistently delivering a customer-first experience while aligning with the company's values and ethical sales behaviours.



What You'll Be Doing:


Making outbound and handling inbound calls to renew and retain customer contracts Ensuring all activity complies with GDPR, regulatory standards, and internal quality policies Keeping CRM systems and reports up to date with accurate, timely information Becoming an expert in the company's products, systems, and processes Building strong, collaborative relationships across the business
