Job Description

About Kordie

Kordie is a global hospitality upskilling provider delivering next-gen learning experiences--online and in person. We merge world-class expertise from senior leaders who've worked at brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt with best-in-class AI and next-gen methodologies to create personalized programs aligned to the industry's biggest shifts, awarding industry-recognized certificates.

The Mission

Open doors and

close group ticket bundles

for our London event cycle and wider UK market. You'll use your UK hospitality network to create pipeline quickly and help us sell out seats--on a flexible, fractional basis.

What you'll do

Activate your network across hotel groups, hotel tech, DMOs, agencies, and brand partners to generate qualified opportunities. Run discovery, propose multi-seat packages and deadlines, negotiate, and

close

. Work deadline-driven cycles; handle objections and approvals with pace. Keep CRM immaculate (source tags, notes, next steps) and share a clear weekly forecast. Coordinate with partnerships/marketing on codes and co-promos to accelerate group sales. Handoff cleanly to operations and support cash-collection timelines.

What you'll bring

Industry connections

(preferred): A live network across UK hospitality--hotel groups, hospitality tech, DMOs, agencies, and media. If you're from an adjacent sector, show recent wins and a clear plan to break into hospitality.

Track record:

3-5+ years of new-business sales with full-cycle ownership (prospecting ? negotiation ? close). Events, sponsorships, or B2B media experience is a plus.

Communication & presence:

Credible executive presence, strong negotiation, concise writing, and call/video fluency.

Operating style:

Proactive, self-directed, and pipeline-disciplined; reliable forecasting and clean CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) habits.

Engagement:

We're open to fractional (e.g., 2-3 days/week) or near full-time contractor setups--either way, you're comfortable with activity and revenue accountability.

Language:

Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.

Engagement & setup

Full-time intent:

Our goal is a full-time sales role following an initial trial.

Pilot ? conversion:

We can begin on a flexible, outcome-focused basis (remote/hybrid) and, after the initial period, convert to a full-time role while maintaining a remote/hybrid setup.

Flexibility:

We can start full-time immediately if both sides prefer, or extend the fractional model by agreement.

Compensation

Retainer-plus-commission.

Why join

Global exposure:

sell across the UK & Spain first, then wider Europe--hotel groups, top hospitality tech leaders, DMOs, and media.

Open remit:

no tight territory caps--go where the signal is; build your own book of business.

Valuable product:

a distinctive, high-value offering (blended online + multi-city learning) with industry-recognized certificates, built with senior experts from brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.

Top access:

work alongside top partners, products, and experts; leverage co-marketing, speaker codes, and partner channels.

How to apply

Please email a short note + CV/LinkedIn + 2-3 recent UK hospitality wins (what you sold, deal size, timeline).
