Responsibilities
Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, personalised email outreach, and social selling.
Make high-volume outbound calls daily to connect with and qualify prospective clients.
Research target industries, companies, and buyer personas to craft relevant and tailored outreach.
Engage with compliance leaders, executives, and decision-makers to spark initial interest.
Qualify potential opportunities against set criteria before handing them over to Account Executives.
Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers of warm opportunities.
Work with the marketing team to refine outreach messaging based on campaign results and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics (calls, emails, opportunities created, meetings booked).
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, with strong outbound prospecting exposure (or demonstrable interest/aptitude for sales development).
Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach with energy and persistence.
Excellent phone presence, listening skills, and ability to generate interest quickly.
Confident communicator with persuasive written and verbal skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
Experience with compliance, risk, legal, or HR SaaS solutions (preferred, but not essential).
Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
