The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast, and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
If you have experience working on the phone in Sales or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

Start date:
End of September / Beginning of October 2025
Salary:
13,20 - 14,30 per hour / 24,000.00 - 26,000.00 per year (based on experience) + monthly bonus potential
This is an initial temporary project (approx. 6-8 weeks) with the strong possibility of extension, depending on performance and business needs.

We are looking for people who are confident having real conversations (without a script) either with business contacts or consumers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent and active listener and communicator, with a problem-solving attitude and able to take feedback and implement it.

Your day to day will involve:
Contact and engage potential customers from Germany to create new sales opportunities
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
The ideal candidate must have:
Ability to speak fluent German and English to a business level (mandatory)
A professional telephone manner
Excellent communication and listening skills (Indispensable)* Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Conscientiousness and drive
Able to take on feedback and apply it effectively
Previous telesales/consultancy experience
A-levels or above academic qualifications
