Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior SDR to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for those new to sales, offering a rich learning environment where you can develop your skills while actively contributing to our client acquisition and business growth efforts.

Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new leads through research and outreach. Schedule meetings with potential clients to introduce our services and value. Collaborate with senior team members to refine sales strategies and client proposals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Ideal Candidate:



A keen learner with excellent listening and communication skills. Organised, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges. Interest in media and advertising, with a desire to grow within the industry. No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.

Qualifications



Excellent communication skills in English Experience in telemarketing is a plus. Familiarity with Hubspot and other CRM software. Strong ability to engage potential clients and build relationships. Demonstrated capability to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
