The Role:




We are seeking a

Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to help cultivate leads, book qualified discovery calls, and inject energy into our growing sales pipeline. You will play a key role in shaping the trajectory of our platform and influencing product direction. This position involves a mix of outbound outreach, inbound enquiry handling, and strategic collaboration across teams.

Here's what you will be responsible for:



Researching and targeting prospects across diverse industries Executing high quality outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn Qualifying leads and booking meetings with Account Executives Managing CRM records and tracking pipeline activity Supporting marketing-led campaigns with lead follow-up Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outreach Continuously iterating on outreach strategy based on feedback and results

Qualifications

Your skills & Experience:



Must-haves to be successful in this role



Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Confidence for cold outreach, objection handling, and qualification Strong research and organisation--able to identify target accounts and insights Comfortable working in a fast?paced, target?driven environment A hunger to learn, adapt, and progress within a sales organisation (e.g. into Account Executive roles)

Nobody can do everything but here's a few related things we're interested in:



Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach automation tools Understanding of the sales funnel or prior internship in a sales/commercial role A knack for storytelling--crafting compelling outreach messages that resonate Confidence in handling objections or navigating gatekeepers Interest in AI, data intelligence, or startup environments
