Driving sales by engaging new clients, developing business prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will meet targets through effective relationship management and proactive lead sourcing. Additionally, you will support renewals, upsell opportunities, collaborate with colleagues for high delivery standards, and gather feedback on new product developments.

Key Responsibilities



Due to our ambitious growth plans we are recruiting a Sales Development Representativeto join our team. We are offering full training and support for a motivated and target driven candidate looking to kick start their career in sales. Working on our market leading product you will be responsible for converting qualified leads to genuine sales opportunities via telephone and emails campaigns, and for the right candidate, we are offering excellent fast track opportunities to progress within our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, fast growing company with clear progression plans and a generous commission scheme.

Generate new business opportunities across our established product Effective pipeline management and use of CRM systems Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed sales targets Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Develop a good market and sector knowledge of clients and competitors Any other related duties as required that are within your skill or ability

Key Skills



Genuine enthusiasm to develop a career in sales

Clear communication skills, in particular a highly professional telephone manner Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets Excellent time management and prioritisation Ability to work to targets and showcase resilience in challenging situations

Terms



Working hours: 35 Hours (9am - 5pm)

Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

You must be a UK resident with right to work

25 Days Paid Holiday + Bank Holidays
