Naarg Data Media Services is looking for an experienced SDR to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to acquire new accounts, and grow existing accounts.
The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of sales experience, working in the Media, Marketing, and Translations field.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the company, with emphasis on acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts.
Track and analyse sales performance to identify areas of improvements
Monitor customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports on sales activities
Maintain and build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
Effectively utilize sales automation, marketing automation, and CRM tools
Monitor, analyze and report on customer feedback
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints
Collaborate with other teams to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations
Requirements:
18+ years of sales experience within the Media, Marketing and Translations space
A strong understanding of marketing and promotional campaigns
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in sales automation, marketing automation, and CRM tools
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
