About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You'll be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to engage prospects, qualify leads, and build relationships that turn into success stories. This role is ideal for someone who is coachable, ambitious, and enjoys getting creative with outreach - across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Own your campaigns: Take full responsibility for your lead generation efforts
Prospect and research: identify potential customers in target markets
Multi-channel outreach: Connect with prospects via email, phone, social, and other channels
CRM administration: Keep our CRM neat, accurate, and up to date
Work with the Sales team: Hand over qualified leads to Account Executives and collaborate to close deals
Track your impact: Monitor your KPIs and continuously refine your approach to be more effective
Be the face of Cezanne: Build relationships with prospects and show them why Cezanne is their trusted HR and Payroll partner
Demonstrate ambition to progress: Proactively develop your skills and show readiness to grow into future opportunities across Sales or other departments
