Job Title: Sales Development Representative



Salary: 35,000-45,000 Basic + 15,000 OTE (Uncapped)



Location: London (Hybrid - 3-4 days in office)

Opportunity:





We're hiring SDRs to join the growing commercial team. You'll receive structured training and mentorship while working in a role that's equal parts creative, consultative, and commercial. This isn't a volume "smile and dial" role, success comes from building smart outbound strategies, developing relationships, and having a voice in shaping how the business scales.


Your Role:


Prospect mid-market and enterprise clients with a creative, strategic approach Build pipeline and book high-quality meetings (target: 5 per week once ramped) Collaborate with AEs - shadowing calls, supporting contracts, and learning to close Develop your presence on LinkedIn and contribute to outbound campaigns Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where adaptability is key
