What's the role all about?

As an SDR, you will receive comprehensive sales and industry training and begin your career with us by providing lead generation services for the business. This will involve working towards agreed KPI's centred around setting up appointments and identifying prospective customers for the business development team.



You will take the first steps in the prospecting process and utilise your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding new prospective customers. You will be supported by regular education-based marketing campaigns, that culminate in webinars, cyber security reports and events and generate targeted data for your efforts. You will utilise various techniques including telephone, email, video messages, social media campaigns and virtual and physical networking events.



From this point, you will progress into taking some of these self-generated leads and furthering the discussion with more in depth discovery calls to identify ways we can support customers. Working with the business development team to produce high quality proposals and work to secure new customer business with a longer-term objective of managing your own account base as a Business Development Manager.

What will my responsibilities be?

You will identify and contact target companies and contacts that match our customer profile to create new business opportunities. You will actively search for new customers using a variety of channels including ZoomInfo, personalised LinkedIn messaging, emails, physical and virtual events and follow up calls. This is a progressive role with the aim to coach and mentor you into graduating into a fully-fledged business development manager within our sales team

What skills do I need to have?

A self-starter who can demonstrate resilience and determination. Be driven to develop and progress with us as we grow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong work ethic. Passion and enthusiasm. Good organisational skills. An interest in Cyber Security (preferred)
