We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively. This role involves telemarketing and utilising software tools, including Dynamics CRM, to manage customer relationships and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote products or services.
Utilise Dynamics CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role is preferred, ideally within Software/SaaS.
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Dynamics CRM, is advantageous.
Experience or knowledge of speaking with manufacturers and distributors.
Experience or knowledge of ERP solutions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
