Job Description

Open ECX is looking for two professional and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to assist them in growing their customer base.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for individuals with little to no sales experience to accelerate their career, in a thriving and forward-thinking environment. You will be provided with a comprehensive sales training in a top-quality learning environment with 1-1 coaching and full role training to help you grow and progress your skills.

Open ECX is a multi-award winning, fast growing SaaS and tech company. Their cloud-based software platform helps streamline and better manage procurement processes through to payment. Their software solutions are used and loved by big names across a number of different industries including construction and built environment, enabling them to save time, cost and maximise efficiency.

Main Responsibilities



Identify, research and qualify new potential clients and key contacts to build targeted lead lists. Develop a clear understanding of Open ECX's value proposition and solutions to generate brand awareness and interest. Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote, educate and recommend Open ECX's solutions. Understand the needs of Open ECX's prospect customers and articulate the value that IP Integration's technology and services provide. Engage with potential customers on the phone, through following a consultative questioning process and actively listening to their challenges and opportunities. Set-up and support calls/demos for the senior sales team, whilst driving the sales process.
