Sales Development Representative
to help grow our customer base across the UK. This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing, sector-leading team that's transforming the way care is delivered through digital innovation.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the first point of contact for care providers looking to modernise their systems - introducing them to Care Control's powerful all-in-one digital care management software. You'll focus on outbound calling and lead generation, building relationships with decision-makers and showcasing how our solution can solve real challenges in care settings.
Proactively identify and engage new prospects in residential, supported living and domiciliary care
Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email outreach and LinkedIn networking
Book high-quality product demonstrations for the senior sales team
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted first point of contact
Record all activity accurately in our CRM system
Provide after-sales follow-up and ongoing support where required
Stay up to date on product features, industry trends and competitor movements
What we're looking for
We're after someone who's enthusiastic, organised, and hungry to develop a career in sales.
1+ Year previous experience in telesales, business development or outbound calling (B2B ideal)
Excellent communication skills - phone, email and LinkedIn
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong resilience
Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs
Confident using CRM systems (Zoho experience a bonus)
A basic understanding of the adult social care sector is a plus - but full training will be given
