The Role:


We're looking for

ambitious, motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

to join our brand-new outbound sales team based in Chesterfield. You'll be on the front line, reaching out to potential business clients, sparking interest, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in sales, with structured training, ongoing support, and clear progression into senior roles as the team grows.

What You'll Do:



Proactively contact potential business clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our account executives. Learn how to tailor your messaging to different industries and decision-makers. Keep accurate records in our CRM and work closely with the sales manager and wider team. Be a key part of a dynamic and fast-paced sales floor with clear goals and coaching.

What We're Looking For:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to hit (and exceed) targets. Eager to learn and develop a career in sales. Previous sales experience is a bonus but not required--we care more about attitude and potential. Team players who bring energy, ideas, and a strong work ethic.
