Sales Development Representative - Outbound Sales Opportunity
Brighton (Office-Based)
The Telemarketing Company is expanding, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our Sales Development team in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys having real conversations, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Salary & Hours
23,020 per year + 1,000 annual bonus
Full-time: 35 hours per week (7 hours per shift)
Office-based in Central Brighton
1 Saturday in 3 - with a lieu day the following week

Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, your main responsibilities will include:
Contacting and engaging potential customers to create new sales opportunities
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
Using CRM software to manage leads and track activity
Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous sales experience
Demonstrate confidence in their own abilities
Are excellent communicators and active listeners
Have strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Are motivated, conscientious, and driven
Experience in telesales or call centres is advantageous but not essential
A-levels or equivalent qualifications
