Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)About the Role
This isn't your typical SDR position. You won't spend weeks in onboarding you'll be learning on the job and directly contributing from day one. This is a fast-paced opportunity for someone eager to break into tech sales, grow quickly, and develop both phone and social selling skills.
You'll have full flexibility to manage your own schedule while focusing on the U.S. market. It's a fully remote role, though proximity to
Manchester
is preferred for occasional meetups or collaboration.

27,000-30,000
Salary progression can be discussed after 6-12 months based on performance.
Location:
Fully remote (UK-based; proximity to Manchester preferred)
Hours:
U.S.-focused schedule, typically
2pm-10pm (Monday to Friday)
No weekend work. We operate a flexible working pattern the successful candidate will manage their own diary to suit both them and the business.
Commission:
50 per Sales Qualified Meeting (SQM)
SDRs do not receive a percentage of deal value the 10% applies to Account Executives closing deals.
How You'll Spend Your Time

- Making cold calls and following up with prospects to book qualified meetings

- Creating LinkedIn content to build your personal brand and engage with target audiences

- Researching and building targeted prospect lists
Key Responsibilities
Make 200+ cold calls per day using
Salesfinity's parallel dialler
Create
2-3 short-form video posts per week
on LinkedIn to build credibility and attract attention
Research and build outbound prospecting lists using
Amplemarket
and
LinkedIn
Collaborate closely with the founders and sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Track and manage outreach via
HubSpot, Amplemarket, Salesfinity, and Slack
Who You Are
Confident, fearless, and experienced in cold calling (minimum
12-18 months
)
Comfortable on camera and eager to grow your
LinkedIn presence
A fast learner who thrives in a feedback-driven, fast-moving environment
Motivated by personal growth and career progression
Able to work autonomously and manage your own schedule effectively
Nice to Have
Previous
SDR experience
in outbound-heavy roles
Experience creating content for
LinkedIn or other social platforms
Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g. Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach)
