Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Step Change Outsourcing is an award winning, fast paced, development focused contact centre that works with some of the largest brands in the UK. We're on the hunt for driven individuals who are ready to take the next step in their sales career and join us a Sales Development Representative. Based in our Stevenage office, you'll play a key role in the launch of a brand new campaign, helping to build it from the ground up. You'll be responsible for building excellent relationships with customers and identifying their specific needs. This role is a launchpad for those who are hungry for success and ready to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. Join us as a Sales Development Representative and play your part in our growing sales team.

What are we looking for?
Excellent communication skills Clear evidence of a strong work ethic Experience in cold calling, door to door sales, lead generation, or market research. Ability to build rapport Results oriented, driven individuals
Responsibilities:
To commit yourself to our training plan Adapt to the change and requirements of the campaigns To build relationships with customers of a variety of brands, deliver fantastic customer service and then use your new skills to identify opportunities to hit your targets. Identify and engage prospects
Monday-Thursday: 9:00-18:15
Friday: 9:00-15:45
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,150.00-24,603.15 per year
