, we're looking for an energetic and results-oriented

Lead Generator

to take ownership of outbound sales activities.

This is a

proactive, phone-heavy sales role

- not a customer service position. If you're confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and love building client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate and follow up on sales leads via outbound calls, email, and our website Make a

high volume of daily sales calls

to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and close initial sales Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers to increase commitment to our services Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in

Salesforce (CRM)

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer and dealer accounts

What We're Looking For

You're a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and a proven track record of hitting targets. You're not afraid of the phone - in fact, you love it.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telesales Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment Comfortable making

dozens of outbound calls per day

Able to work both independently and as part of a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Terms of employment

Full time - Permanent Monday - Friday 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week Work from the office
