As a Mechdyne

Sales Development Rep (SDR)

you are the tip of the spear when it comes to helping our business grow, and you will proactively contact new prospects to generate and verify new opportunities for the sales team. We expect a high level of activity and drive to win. You will be making high volumes of prospecting activities such as emails, calls and social media posts. You need to be a quick learner to be able to understand the needs of target industries and to become a Mechdyne advocate to generate excitement and enthusiasm within our target accounts and book qualified meetings for our Technical Sales Team. We are looking for someone wanting to advance their career and be promoted to the role of Technical Sales Consultant.

*Fluent English communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in a business environment.



What You'll Do:



Prospect to target accounts through Email, Telephone, and Social Media, generating excitement about Mechdyne. Schedule new business appointments, fostering revenue and profit flow. Craft and send exceptional prospecting emails, showcasing Mechdyne's value. Investigate and reach out to marketing-generated leads. Proactively call new prospects, identifying sales opportunities and establishing initial relationships. Assist in identifying new prospects and sales opportunities. Upkeep sales tools related to the role in line with evolving business needs. Conduct high-volume calls, having productive conversations to showcase Mechdyne's impact. Work closely with the Account Executive and Marketing teams.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), LinkedIn, Google Apps, etc. Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities. Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Collaboration with distributed marketing and sales teams. Proven track record in a Sales Development Position. Natural relationship-builder with a proactive, independent learning mindset. Salary Range - 30-35k GBP base pay with the potential to earn up to 60k GBP if all targets are met.
