What were looking for:
We're looking for a chatty, friendly, and confident communicator to join our team in a key sales role. You'll be responsible for driving lead generation through high-volume cold calling, reaching out to businesses and introducing them to our services. The ideal candidate thrives on conversation, enjoys speaking with new people, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage with potential customers, understand their needs and generate interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Cold Calling
: Engage in high-volume cold calling to connect with businesses and introduce them to our services.
Lead Generation
: Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach strategies including outbound calls, emails, social media and industry events.
Prospecting
: Research and identify key decision-makers within targeted organisations and initiate contact to understand their needs
Client Acquisition
: Drive new business by effectively communicating the value of our services and converting leads into clients.
Engagement
: Engage potential customers through personalised communication, which will include calls and meetings as well as e-mail and follow-ups to build relationships and create interest in our solutions.
Product Knowledge
: Maintain a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate features and benefits to prospects.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Scan Europe team to align strategies and share insights on lead quality and market feedback.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can engage and persuade business owners and decision-makers confidently. You can engage prospects, build rapport, and articulate Scan Europe's value effectively.
Self-Motivation:
Highly driven and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving high conversion rates.
Persistence:
Tenacious and resilient in pursuing leads and overcoming objections.
Direct Approach
: You're comfortable with a direct approach to outbound sales
Problem-Solving:
Ability to understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutions.
Benefits
Salary 24,000 -26.500 Full time, or part time pro rata per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Full time, part time considered.
Holidays: starting entitlement of 21 days plus Bank Holidays increasing each year to a maximum of 26 days plus Bank Holidays.
