What you will do
? Contribute to In-Store Activation plans development for Key Brands:
? Give support and coordinate promotional activities (from creative development with agencies to final execution at Point of Sales (PoS)
? Coordinate in-store events
? Be the key contact with the sales force team to ensure good execution of the activities in PoS
? Support our Sales Force Team:
? Be a key support for the sales team field (materials availability, logistic needs...)
? Update the sales tools for the team field (promotion support, sales argumentation, catalogue etc.)
? Development and management of PoS Materials across brands:
? Support with the development of PoS materials with the aim of boosting sales and ensuring our brands visibility in line with brand guidelines
? Coordination with internal and external (Agencies, Marketing, Sales, IT, Supply etc.)
? Develop a catalogue with materials/tools available for Brand to be shared with Sales team
? Participate at Specific Channel Projects and cross brands support:
? Help with the creation and coordination of CRM plan to trade
? Support for showrooms organization
? Logistic and administrative management (code creation, PO management, etc.)
? Support on Sales Analysis:
? Sell in and sell out analysis including monthly KPIs dashboard. Usage of different tools needed to combine data
? Ensure follow-up and analysis of in-store activities done by Sales Team in order to build best practices for the business
? Competitive analysis to understand main players in market activities
What we are looking for
? University Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or alike
? Able to start the position in May 2025 full-time in London
? Native/fluent English speaker
? Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
? Good analytical and organizational skills
? Proactivity, energy and adaptability to change
? Ability to work in teams and communication skills
? Curiosity and high learning capacity
