We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth,
based in Northern Ireland.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires the ability to analyse market trends, develop strategic sales plans, and effectively manage a diverse team to achieve ambitious targets. The Solar Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing customer relationships, and generating insightful reports.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance skills.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within a relevant industry - Energy
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes effectively.
Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams towards achieving common goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining focus on objectives.
