Ah!Media is hiring a
Sales Director
to drive growth, lead and develop a team of sponsorship sales professionals, and play a central role in our next phase of expansion.

The Role:
As
Sales Director
, you will lead our Account Development Team and focus on:
Coaching and developing a new intake of sales professionals
Driving revenue across our sponsorship offerings
Delivering against team and portfolio targets
Aligning team performance with overall business goals
You'll report directly to the Managing Director and CEO, with full ownership over training, development, recruitment, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement team training & development plans
Conduct regular call reviews and provide live closing support
Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
Monitor KPIs and report on team performance
Collaborate with the senior leadership team on strategy, expansion, and new product initiatives
Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets
Manage senior stakeholder relationships internally and externally
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:
Proven success managing revenue-focused sales teams
Background in media, events, exhibitions, professional services, or tech sales
Strong track record in sponsorship sales preferred
Personal experience hitting and exceeding sales targets
Key Skills:
Excellent team leadership and coaching abilities
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Results-driven, adaptable, and commercially minded
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications required, success and experience speak louder here.
What You'll Get:
Base salary:
50,000 - 60,000
OTE Year 1:
80,000 - 100,000+
