Location: New Jersey, New Jersey, United States (NJ)We are looking for a Sales Director with 12+ years of experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the CPG industry or analytics consulting, with deep relationships across North American CPG clients Strong commercial acumen with the ability to uncover, shape, and close high-impact opportunities within client organizations Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, adept at engaging, influencing, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (VP and C-suite) Good to have: Familiarity with AI and Cloud technologies, with experience in positioning and selling data-driven solutions to business and technology leaders Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex deal cycles

Responsibilities:

Drive top-line growth by unlocking new revenue streams within strategic CPG accounts and penetrating new logos across North America Own full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in line with LatentView's strategic objectives Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, deeply understanding their business priorities and positioning data-driven analytics and AI solutions to solve critical challenges Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, elevating LatentView's presence as a strategic partner across Supply Chain, RGM, and Marketing functions Partner with delivery leaders to ensure flawless execution and measurable business outcomes for clients Lead end-to-end business development activities: crafting compelling proposals, driving contract negotiations, and building robust account growth plans Collaborate closely with global leadership to align North American growth initiatives with LatentView's overall CPG vertical strategy Stay ahead of market trends in CPG, AI, and Cloud technologies to proactively bring innovative ideas and insights that create competitive advantage for clients
