Location: London HQ (5 days on-site, 1 day WFH post probation)
Reports to: CEO
Package: 55-65k base + uncapped commission (OTE 100K+) + equity (after 2 years of service)

We're seeking a battle-tested sales executive to drive adoption of our:

Premium Business Intelligence - Market reports, datasets, and strategic advisory Global Coffee Institute (GCI) Membership - Subscription access to: Exclusive research portals VIP industry events Benchmarking tools
This is a pure sales role - no team management, no babysitting. Just high-value client acquisition and revenue growth.

Your Targets

1. New Business Hunting (60%)

Convert intelligence buyers into GCI members Land enterprise contracts with: Coffee chains expanding to new markets Commodity traders needing real-time pricing Investors analyzing sector opportunities Displace legacy research providers through superior data and access
2. Account Expansion (40%)

Upgrade report purchasers to full GCI memberships Cross-sell advisory services to existing members Secure multi-year renewals at premium rates

The Process:

Identify pain points in prospect's current intelligence approach Demonstrate GCI's ROI through: Exclusive data not available elsewhere Member-only events with industry leaders Custom analytics capabilities Structure deals to maximize lifetime value
Who We Need

Must Have:

8+ years selling premium B2B services (50K+ ACV) Experience with: Research/subscription sales OR High-value membership programs Ability to navigate complex procurement processesCoffee Industry Knowledge: Understands key challenges: Supply chain volatility Market expansion strategies Competitive benchmarking Can speak confidently about: Green coffee pricing dynamics Retail operational metrics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 55,000.00-62,500.00 per year
