, Potentially Managing Director, you will lead our sales strategy, convert high-quality leads into long-term clients, and identify new opportunities in both domestic and export markets. You will work directly with the Managing Director and technical teams to ensure our solutions deliver value and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Must bring established contacts within the industry
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across target industries
Manage and expand key accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Lead client consultations and collaborate on custom sealing solutions
Attend industry events, client meetings, and site visits as needed
Report on sales pipeline, KPIs, and market feedback
Collaborate with marketing to optimise messaging and outreach
Train and support internal or external sales reps as the team grows
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in engineering, sealing systems, or industrial equipment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Technical curiosity -- able to learn our product range and customer pain points
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
CRM and digital tools experience preferred
Willingness to travel within the UK (and potentially internationally)
