About Hussle:
Hussle is transforming the way organisations support employee wellbeing through flexible, inclusive access to fitness. Our corporate platform enables businesses to offer their people access to thousands of gyms, health clubs, and fitness studios across the UK - all through a single, easy-to-manage benefit.
Hussle provides a flexible solution that empowers employees to stay active wherever and whenever it works for them. Whether it's near home, near the office, or on the move, our network makes it simple for people to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing.
We work with leading employers, benefit providers, and HR teams to build healthier, more engaged workplace cultures.
Backed by strong partnerships within the EGYM Wellpass group, and with a compelling mission to make fitness more accessible for all, Hussle is scaling rapidly. We're looking for driven, purpose-led individuals to help shape the future of workplace wellbeing.
The role:
We're looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Sales Director to lead the growth of Hussle's B2B offering, helping organisations across the UK provide flexible, inclusive fitness benefits to their employees.
As a key member of the leadership team, you'll take ownership of the sales function - developing and executing a strategy that drives new business with HR, People, and Reward leaders in organisations of all sizes.
In this role, you'll be responsible for growing and leading a high-performing sales team, setting targets, coaching performance, and instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
You'll work closely with our EGYM Wellpass colleagues in Germany, France and the USA to shape a compelling go-to-market strategy that speaks to the evolving wellbeing needs of the modern workforce - positioning Hussle as the flexible fitness solution that meets people where they are.
You'll play a hands-on role in engaging with senior HR stakeholders, leading conversations that centre on employee wellbeing, ROI, and engagement. Your ability to communicate value, build trust, and navigate complex sales cycles will be essential to success.
You'll also contribute to broader commercial planning and help shape the long-term direction of Hussle's growth in the workplace wellbeing space.
This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-led, fast-growing scale-up with a mission to make fitness more accessible. If you're passionate about health and wellbeing, experienced in B2B sales to HR buyers, and excited by the chance to make a real impact - we'd love to hear from you.
What it involves:

  • Own and deliver the B2B sales strategy for Hussle's employee fitness benefit offering, targeting HR and Reward decision-makers across the UK.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability, development, and collaboration.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic new business opportunities with mid-sized and enterprise-level employers.
  • Develop tailored propositions that align Hussle's flexible fitness solution with the evolving wellbeing needs of HR teams and their workforces.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to refine lead generation, campaigns, and messaging that resonates with HR buyers and drive demand.
  • Shape and refine the go-to-market strategy, using market insight, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to position Hussle effectively.
  • Present to senior HR stakeholders, confidently leading demos, pitches, and negotiations with a focus on value creation and long-term partnerships.
  • Track performance metrics and report on sales KPIs, ensuring pipeline health, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience from sale to implementation and beyond.
  • Be a key voice in the business - contributing to overall strategy, commercial planning, and helping shape the future of workplace wellbeing with Hussle.
  • Become the public 'face' of Hussle in the UK employee benefits sector through regular participation in events and public speaking.
Who you are:
  • A seasoned B2B sales leader with a proven track record of selling to HR, People, or Reward teams, ideally within the employee benefits, wellbeing, or SaaS sectors.
  • Deeply familiar with the UK HR landscape, with established networks and an understanding of corporate wellbeing priorities and challenges.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and workplace wellbeing, with the ability to translate this passion into compelling value propositions.
  • A strategic thinker and hands-on executor - comfortable setting go-to-market plans and rolling up your sleeves to close key deals.
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
  • Commercially minded with strong P&L awareness, able to align sales strategy with business growth and profitability.
  • Data-driven in your approach - comfortable using CRM tools, pipeline forecasting, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • A strong communicator and presenter, able to influence senior stakeholders and articulate ROI for HR decision-makers.
  • Thrive in a scale-up environment - adaptable, resilient, and energised by change, innovation, and growth.
  • Motivated by impact and purpose - excited to help organisations improve employee wellbeing through flexible fitness access.
What we can offer you:
  • Competitive salary, commission and benefits. Package details will be disclosed to applicants that are invited to - and are successful in - a first round, introductory interview via Google Hangout.
  • Flexible, hybrid working with 2-3 days a week in our new central London office.
