Are you a true

new business hunter

with a passion for solving complex challenges in the asset management space? At

Confluence

, we're looking for an experienced

Enterprise Sales Director

to join our high-performing team and drive growth across our suite of investment lifecycle solutions.


You'll be selling into

asset managers, fund administrators, investment consultants, wealth managers

, and

asset owners

, backed by a collaborative team and a product set that's

well-established, price competitive

, and

best-in-class

?



This role is covering the

UK, Ireland and Nordics

markets, with some travel expected.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?





7-10+ years

of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling

Analytics

software or data solutions to financial institutions Proven success in

new logo acquisition

and complex, high-value sales cycles Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience selling into

risk, performance, and operations teams

within asset management Comfortable with

medium to long sales cycles

(6-18 months) and mid-large deal sizes Proficiency with

Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Microsoft Teams

, and core Office tools Familiarity with

Miller Heiman

or similar sales methodologies Fluent in

English (written and spoken)
