As Sales Director, you will become a vital member of the Operational Board, contributing to high-level decision-making and long-term planning. Key responsibilities include:

Lead and develop the Group's sales strategy across all brands and locations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, and by building, developing, training and motivating a strong sales team. Develop, enhance and implement robust sales processes and achieve consistent adherence to ensure the highest standards of customer service across all sales operations. Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners to maximise brand potential and ensure compliance with standards. Monitor market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate with fellow Operational Board members to contribute to company-wide strategy, planning and performance. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, staff development and employee engagement.
