Based in London, our client has developments across the globe, meaning this role offers the opportunity to travel worldwide and manage properties in some of the most bustling property destinations in the world.
With a proven track record of success and a commitment to innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our clients sales team as they experience huge growth.

Position Overview: As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to make a significant impact in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new market opportunities and lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.

What we need in you:

• Proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership roles.
• At least 5 years experience in a Senior Sales position within Residential Real Estate.
• Ideally, you will have experience selling or dealing with properties across the globe to include Asia.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
