As the Civica undergoes a significant GTM transformation, this role will play a critical part in enabling the sales organisation to scale, adapt, and succeed in a rapidly evolving Go-To-Market environment.


In addition to driving strategic enablement initiatives, the role includes direct team management responsibilities, leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing enablement team to deliver measurable impact across the business.


This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our commercial evolution ideal for someone passionate about sales excellence, enablement innovation, and building future-ready teams through both strategy and people development.

What you will do to be successful in this role:



Lead, coach, and develop Sales Enablement team members Partner closely with Executive and Sales Leadership to understand evolving business needs, identify capability gaps, and deliver targeted enablement programs that drive measurable impact. Lead strategic sales enablement initiatives across the sales organisation Collaborate cross-functionally to develop high-quality content, onboarding experiences, and training programs that accelerate performance. Design and deliver a scalable Sales Enablement Strategy that supports Civica's GTM transformation across all verticals, ensuring consistency, agility, and commercial alignment.

Requirements



Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams Experience designing and executing enablement strategies aligned to Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation Ability to build and scale enablement programs that support cross-sell, pipeline generation, and solution-based selling Track record of delivering measurable impact through targeted learning initiatives Adept at partnering with Executive and Sales Leadership to align enablement with business priorities Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, and People teams Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences Experience building structured learning pathways and academies to support sales capability development Focus on driving behavioural change and long-term sales effectiveness Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving SaaS environments Ability to lead through change, influence stakeholders, and embed new ways of working
