Job Overview

Here at Vanguard, we specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of materials handling/storage and associated equipment. We are looking for a self motivated individual who can help us grow and take the business to the next level!

Responsibilities

Visit customers on site including maltings, breweries, distilleries, grain storage, cement works, energy from waste, etc. Expand our customer network and build a strong relationship with all customers Provide technical advice and product recommendations to new and existing customers Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and tender submissions Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events as required

Preferred qualifications/experience

Proven experience in IT including excel and other Microsoft products Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly Excellent customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving abilities Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management capabilities Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for seamless communication within teams and with clients Proven experience with bulk handling and storage systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-70,000.00 per year
