REMA TIP TOP INDUSTRY UK LIMITED - are suppliers to the bulk material handling, quarry, waste and conveyor associated industries. Through our national network of service depots, we provide products and services to support customers operating conveyors and bulk material processing equipment. Conveyor belting, conveyor components, wear lining material and their related site service are our core business.

We are now looking to expand our Sales team and seek to find the right person to develop our Eastern territory. This person will be responsible for developing existing accounts whilst pursuing new business throughout the East of England, including North of Doncaster, York, Leeds, Skipton, Scarborough. You will be an integral part of our existing team working from our Eastern depot.

Applicants must have a driving license and be flexible to travel the region

The role:

To develop sales of existing and new accounts within depot region in line with the depot plan To develop sales of existing products and services To support all sales initiatives To support the local operations Regular face to face customer visits

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver planned sales targets Assist all planning processes HS+E compliance

Effective People Management:

Contribute to sales and management meetings Customer relationships Internal colleague relationships Timely reporting of activity and relevant information

Key Competencies and Attributes:

Good business sense Problem solving Team worker Effective time management Self-motivated, able to use own initiative IT literate Time management Good communication skills

Skills Required:

Proven Sales Experience would be advantageous, but the role would suit someone with an engineering background looking to move into a sales role. An Industrial background would be beneficial particularly from within the bulk handling, quarry, recycling or conveyor associated industries

Good communication skills and self-motivated with the ability to work within a team and under self-supervision. Candidates must be accurate with their work and competent with the MS Office package.

The successful candidate will have:

Full Driving License

Benefits:

Salary up to 38,000 per annum but negotiable dependent upon Experience

Annual Bonus

25 days annual leave

Pension Entitlement following probationary period.
