About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with proven success in a consultative selling capacity for B2B, large/strategic customer segments. Our target customers are tier-one retailers and logistics companies.
SEs only get involved with fully qualified opportunities - no lead generation or qualification overheads here - and we need people who can help us to become the trusted advisors our clients want to partner with.

Responsibilities:
Consultative approach; work with customers to discover their objectives and challenges, then provide solutions and industry best practices
Demonstrate Bringg's value proposition, technology and features/benefits to prospective customers' key decision-makers
Lead prospects to an understanding of the options that are applicable to their situation by demonstrating how Bringg's capabilities match their current and future needs
Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements
Demo the Bringg platform in ways that build value and tell a compelling story
Design, capture and optimize customer processes in Bringg
Partner with the Product team to become an expert and evangelist for the Bringg platform
Manage deep discovery and technical proof phases during a selection process
What We're Looking For:
3+ years
of proven success in
B2B
sales engineering
for complex solution sales, or; a
very strong
background in implementation/CS with the personality and desire to move into sales
Complex enterprise SaaS
platform experience a must
Ideally
domain experience
of a key target vertical such as
logistics and/or retail fulfilment
Customer-facing experience!
The right candidate will have an engaging personality, charisma, and the ability to command a room or Zoom

Experience in leading and completing
RFP/RFI/RFQ
responses
Consultative and analytical
