Summary

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at PSI Technologies Ltd covering the

Northern UK including Northern Ireland Region

. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and providing technical support to our customers. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our innovative engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Present technical information clearly to customers, showcasing the benefits of our products. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. Provide excellent customer service and technical support throughout the sales cycle. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably within the engineering, automation or robotics industries. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management. Excellent IT skills in MS office. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
