The individual appointed will be primarily responsible for the development & growth of the Trane UK service contract business & retention of existing PPM contracts throughout the allocated sales region. Additional responsibilities will include the development & support of other aspects of Trane UK rental & capital sales business.

Responsibilities:

  • To seek out opportunities for PPM contracts greater in value than \xc2\xa35k per annum.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of PPM contracts that are coming up for renewal & work with both the regional sales & service manager to ensure the maximum numbers of contracts renew each month.
  • Were required & in support of the regional sales & service mangers offer support in the resolution of customer aged debts.
  • Liaise with both new & existing Trane UK customers to develop the relationship with said businesses for service, sales & rental opportunities.
  • Work with the Sales & Service Director to develop a business plan for the appointed region.
  • Achieve the goals & targets as agreed for the region.
  • Conduct contingency plan reviews for rental equipment across existing & new customer sites.
  • Prepare with support quotations for service & rental projects.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts & ensure the Trane CRM system is updated regularly.
  • Constantly review the service offerings of Trane UK competitors to ensure Trane can always be in touch & aware of changes within the market place.
  • Work effectively & collaboratively alongside both regional & national colleagues to support the growth of Trane UK within the market place.
  • Comply with all Trane UK processes & procedures.
  • The role may require overnight stays.
  • Attend sales & technical meetings were required.
  • Attend external training courses as required
Qualifications:
  • Commercial Sales and Service experience
  • Experience in Commercial HVAC or similar industry
  • Training in Health and Safety principals
Key Competencies:
  • Will be required to travel across the region and UK with overnight stays
  • Full driver licence
  • Must be flexible, professional and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player
  • Time Management with the knowledge of budget control impacts to the wider strategy
