Sales Enrolment Specialist
, you'll support prospective students throughout their journey to enrol in an online degree--providing guidance, motivation, and practical support from enquiry to payment.
What you'll be doing:
Manage a pipeline of prospective students, all warm leads, guiding them through application and enrolment
Understand course offerings and admissions requirements to effectively advise students
Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and team SLAs
Engage confidently via phone to build relationships and influence decisions
Use Salesforce CRM to track conversations, follow-ups, and key actions
Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and drive enrolment success
What we're looking for:
Experience in a contact centre, sales, or student support environment
A track record of meeting (or beating) performance targets in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
Comfortable handling high call volumes with resilience and positivity
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly; Salesforce experience is a plus
A Bachelor's degree is a bonus, but equivalent experience is just as valuable
A self-starter who's motivated by goals, teamwork, and the chance to make a difference
