Job Summary
We are seeking a sales -oriented and detail led Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in measuring, planning and costing flooring jobs on site, and off plan in store.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for flooring projects Analyse project requirements and assess potential risks associated with costs. Prepare costs and close sales on site when possible. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labour costs to inform estimating practices. Provide feedback and training to in store staff where you feel it's required to improve lead quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the flooring industry. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
