The Opportunity


We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Internal Sales Representative

to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll play a key role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and representing the UKO Glass brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities



? Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

? Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable glass and glazing solutions.

? Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring a high standard of customer care.

? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional initiatives.

? Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

? Proactively manage customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

? Preparing quotes and conducting follow ups

What You'll Bring



Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (glass industry experience is a plus). Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Confidence in negotiating and closing deals. A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering a great experience. Proficiency in basic IT systems and sales software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
