Sales Estimator Specialist Division (screed & Resin)
Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales Estimator to join our Specialist Division, focusing on screed and resin flooring projects across the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on estimating role where you'll be responsible for:
Carrying out detailed take-offs and site surveys
Pricing materials, labour & plant
Preparing clear and accurate quotations for clients
Identifying work opportunities and supporting the growth of the division
Handling client queries and negotiations
Collaborating with colleagues across our commercial and project teams
The role is based full-time at our Liverpool office, with some travel to sites as needed - so a valid UK driving license is essential
What We're Looking For
Previous estimating experience (screeds & resin systems knowledge preferred but not essential) Mid-level experience Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and thrives on responsibility Confident communicating with clients and internal teams
