Job Title: Sales and Events Manager

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Duties:



Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets. To, alongside the wider team, develop a schedule of events in the Machete Room, to maximise midweek opportunity. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, social, and group markets. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients. Maintain an updated CRM/database with leads, contacts, and sales activities. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Event Management Duties:



Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from initial inquiry to execution and post-event follow-up. Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met. Work with internal teams (e.g., operations, catering, marketing) to deliver seamless events. Manage event budgets, timelines, and contracts. Conduct post-event evaluations and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:


- Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles
- Strong skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe AI design
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
