Sales & Events Coordinator

to join our team at Nunsmere Hall.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director

your main duties & responsibilities will be:

To assist with the preparation and implementation of a segmented sales and marketing plan for the hotel, in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director and other key members of the hotel team. Achieve budgeted room hire and event targets. This should address the whole ''marketing mix'' and include Meetings and Banqueting targets. To work with the Sales and Marketing Director to adopt and maintain an effective pro-active and reactive sales effort for the hotel and in particular converting enquiries into bookings. To manage the Sales and Events managers direct reports and their operation.

The ideal candidate should have:

Good communication skill Good customer service skills Be very organised Be friendly and approachable Good personal presentation Previous experience in Sales and Events would be advantageous
