A social/education technology start-up business in Oxford is revolutionising the way that schools, parents and advertisers can communicate. Having recently secured a significant capital investment through crowd funding, this exciting tech start-up are in need of more Sales Executives to meet the demands of their growth.
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling advertising to various companies, targeting businesses that would benefit from advertising directly to parents through our client's 'virtual school gate'.
Importantly, the successful Sales Executive you will need to have the natural drive and tenacity to push the boundaries and exceed your sales targets. You will take ownership of the entire sales process - from finding a great lead to closing the sale and proactively managing the account. The successful Sales Executive will be ambitious, target-driven, and enthusiastic, and as a reward for your hard work, the company offer a really generous commission scheme.
The Company:
Launched in late 2015, our client have created an app where parents can communicate about various school-related matters. This could include, sharing contact details, arranging events or fundraising, coordinating social activities and exchanging information about homework. Since their inception, they have grown at a rapid rate, signing up hundreds of schools across the UK whilst boasting outstanding feedback from parents, PTAs, and head teachers alike.
Born out of frustration, the business was initially set up by two school parents looking to exploit a gap in the market to help facilitate better communication between school parents. 'Making parent life easier' really is at the heart of what these guys are about. With increasing pressure on school fundraising and a growing need for better parent engagement, our client is on the front line of parent communications, helping to strengthen school and parent communities.
