Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Aldershot. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate order processing and supporting projects with a clear understanding of structural drawings. The ideal candidate will have a background in steel or construction sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret technical documents with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound phone calls and provide professional customer support. Process steel orders accurately and efficiently from enquiry to delivery. Read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings to ensure client requirements are met. Work closely with the operation and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfilment. Maintain strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities. Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to secure orders Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target driven with a customer first mindset. Experience in sales, preferably within the steel, construction or industrial sector (Ideal but not mandatory). Previous experience using Sage 50 Accounts (Ideal but not mandatory). Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
