With a newly refurbished showroom and continued growth across sales and aftersales, we're now looking for an experienced

Sales Executive

to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, customer-focused sales role within a busy Toyota showroom. You'll be dealing with warm enquiries, existing customers, and showroom visitors - supported by ongoing marketing activity and a strong brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable new and used vehicles Arranging and conducting test drives Explaining finance options clearly and compliantly Managing your own customer follow-up and pipeline using our CRM system Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience (motor trade preferred but not essential) Confident, professional communication skills Strong organisation and follow-up habits Comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools Full UK driving licence A positive, customer-first attitude
Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Thursday late night: until 8:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 12:30pm
(No full weekends)
