Your Role:



Working Days: Thursday to Monday (10am until 5pm)

As a Sales Executive at Elan Homes, you'll be the face of our developments - guiding potential homeowners through the sales journey, from first enquiry to handing over the keys. Your role is critical in aligning with the Sales Director's strategy to deliver consistent results, meet targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Qualifications:



Sales Expertise:

A proven track record in sales with previous experience in a similar role within the housing industry.

Professionalism:

Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanour while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Self-Motivation:

Demonstrate organisation, self-motivation, honesty, trustworthiness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Team Player:

Collaborate effectively with team members, making an immediate and positive contribution to our vibrant work environment.

Flexibility:

Embrace flexibility, as the role involves travel between developments within the Southern Region.

Qualifications:

Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid and Fire Marshal qualifications, possess a clean driving license, and have access to your own transport.
