Assured Electrical Solutions are expanding our team and looking for a motivated

Sales Executive

based in

Barry

. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the region's leading electrical service providers, supporting homeowners and property managers with high-quality electrical work across South Wales.

You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, build and maintain client relationships, and play a key role in helping to drive company growth within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls Thrive under pressure while consistently achieving sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Manage existing customer accounts when required Work toward both individual and team sales goals Collaborate effectively with other departments across the business Show a strong commitment to driving company growth

Skills and Experience

Sales experience preferred but not essential

Strong objection handling and negotiation skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results Positive, outgoing, and proactive attitude Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills
